1. Bookings & Payment
1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of payment.
1.2 Full payment (or deposit, if applicable) is required at the time of booking.
1.3 By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all members of your party.
1.4 The lead booker must be aged 18 or over.
2. Arrival & Departure
2.1 Check-in is from [insert time] on the day of arrival.
2.2 Check-out is by [insert time] on the day of departure.
2.3 Early arrivals or late departures may only be permitted by prior arrangement.
2.4 Please respect arrival times to maintain the peaceful setting for other guests.
3. Pitch Use & Occupancy
3.1 Wildywood is a small, private 5-pitch campsite designed for low-impact, peaceful stays.
3.2 Each pitch (e.g. Valley View, Hilltop Haven, The Farmstead, The Peaceful Retreat) is booked for one unit (campervan or motorhome) unless agreed otherwise.
3.3 Maximum occupancy per pitch must not be exceeded.
3.4 Guests must park and camp only within their allocated pitch area.
4. Site Etiquette (The Quiet Code)
4.1 This is a quiet, nature-focused site.
4.2 No loud music, parties, or disruptive behaviour at any time.
4.3 Quiet hours apply from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
4.4 Please respect fellow guests, wildlife, and the surrounding countryside.
(Small sites like yours thrive on calm, low-noise environments similar to other exclusive rural campsites )
5. Vehicles & Access
5.1 Vehicles must be driven slowly on site (max 5mph).
5.2 Only one vehicle per pitch unless agreed.
5.3 No vehicle movement during quiet hours except in emergencies.
5.4 The site may include uneven or natural terrain – guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is suitable.
6. Facilities & Services
6.1 Guests may use on-site facilities as described on the website (see Facilities page).
6.2 Please leave all shared areas clean and tidy after use.
6.3 Chemical waste disposal, water points, and waste areas must be used responsibly.
6.4 Any damage or misuse may result in charges.
7. Fires, BBQs & Safety
7.1 Fires and BBQs are permitted only if allowed on your pitch and in designated equipment.
7.2 Ground fires may be restricted depending on weather conditions.
7.3 No disposable BBQs directly on grass.
7.4 Firewood must be untreated and responsibly used.
7.5 Guests must never leave fires unattended.
8. Dogs
8.1 Dogs are welcome (if applicable) but must be kept under control at all times.
8.2 Dogs must not disturb wildlife or other guests.
8.3 Owners must clean up after their pets immediately.
8.4 Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
9. Children
9.1 Children must be supervised at all times.
9.2 The site is a natural environment with uneven ground and potential hazards.
10. Waste & Environmental Care
10.1 Wildywood is a low-impact countryside site – please help us protect it.
10.2 All rubbish must be disposed of in designated bins or taken home where required.
10.3 Recycling facilities should be used where provided.
10.4 Do not damage trees, plants, or wildlife habitats.
(Small eco-style campsites typically emphasise low-impact behaviour and respect for nature )
11. Cancellations & Refunds
11.1 Cancellation terms:
More than [X days] before arrival: full/partial refund (minus admin fee if applicable)
Less than [X days]: no refund
11.2 No refunds for:
Early departure
Weather conditions
Failure to comply with site rules
12. Liability
12.1 Guests stay at Wildywood at their own risk.
12.2 The owners are not liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Injury unless caused by proven negligence
12.3 Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their party.
13. Right to Refuse / Terminate Stay
13.1 We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask guests to leave if they:
Breach these Terms & Conditions
Cause disturbance or nuisance
Damage the site or facilities
13.2 No refund will be issued in such cases.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather, government restrictions).
15. Agreement
By booking and staying at Wildy Wood, guests agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
